Han begynte etter hvert å skape steder som han selv ønsket å besøke\, og åpnet derfor: ‘Le Paradis du Fruit’\, ‘La Mousson’\, ‘La Casbah’\, ‘Le China Club’ og ‘Le What´s Up. Alle disse klubbene og restaurantene oppnådde suksess\, og Dominic ble et ungt lys i det Parisiske utelivet. \nKjærligheten og romantikken førte han videre til Oslo\, hvor han fortsatte i samme ånd med åpningen av ‘Aqua’\, ‘Buddha Bar’\, og ‘Cosmo’.
