Monna har også vært aktiv i HSMAI Europe Advisory Board for Marketing & Branding. \nMonna Nordhagen er rådgiver og «wingwoman» for ledere og ledergrupper som legger merkevaren foran i en endringsprosess. Hun er strateg\, merkevarebygger\, fagnerd og forfatter og deler ofte kunnskap og erfaringer i foredrag og workshops. Hennes foredrag er en solid faglig oppdatering\, presentert på en måte som gjør kunnskapen lett å ta i bruk umiddelbart i eget arbeid. Hun er like relevant for folk som tenker at de ikke driver med eller trenger merkevarebygging i vår tid når alle må være mobilisert for å bygge merkevaren og kundene er blitt den viktigste salgskanalen. Monna er partner i Mars Brand Strategy\, medforfatter av boken Raketter og Rebeller\, og har blant mye annet vært med å hamre ut nye merkevarestrategier for Finn\, VIPPS og Visit Norway. During his thirteen years with IHG\, these leadership positions had Franck moving from Paris\, to London\, to Athens\, to Brussels and on to Madrid\, all prior to moving to North America where he served as Hotel Manager at the Barclay Intercontinental in New York. Franck then went on to join The Four Seasons Chicago as Hotel Manager before taking the role of Managing Director of the exquisite Jefferson hotel in Washington\, DC. He then moved his family back across the Atlantic to Edinburgh Scotland where he was General Manager of The Balmoral\, a five-star iconic Rocco Forte Hotel for five years.
