Q:ÊWhat does a day at work consist of for you?

A:ÊEvery morning I have a quick meeting with the technical team to make sure we have our priorities rights.Ê

I then spend a lot of my time better understanding our clients and how we can help them achieve their objectives. ItÕs often on the phone and via web-conference, but I also try to meet face-to-face.

WeÕre very pro-active and weÕre working closely with our clients so we are constantly improving the platform based on their feedback. Since the sales acceleration technologies is an emerging market category, several of the discussions are very educational.

Q:ÊWhat’s the best part of your job?

A:ÊGetting feedback from our customers and knowing what you are working so hard for is making a difference in someone’s life.

Q:ÊDo you have anyone you’ve looked up to?

A: Yes, actually several people, most of them are people close to me, friends and family.Ê My father is on the top of this list. I have great admiration for people who have been able to succeed very well in their professional and personal life.

As more Òcelebrity typeÓ, I do respect Elon Musk for his vision.

Q:ÊDo you have any nice traditions at your office?

A:ÊPoutine on last Friday of the month Ð youÕll probably have to google what this French Canadian meal is.

Q:ÊHow long have you been a member of HSMAI?

A:ÊRight after our nomination for the Best in Class Marketing Awards in February 2016 we started to work closer with HSMAI Region Europe.

Q:ÊWhat do you think is the best thing about HSMAI?

A:ÊIt provides the possibility to learn and exchange with incredibly smart people about critical topics of the industry.

Q:ÊAre there any activities or projects you think HSMAI should start up?

A:ÊI believe HSMAI have already started to direct some events for the younger generation. I think this is an area with great potential.

Q:ÊDescribe your perfect weekend.

A:ÊThat would need to involve some sports (ice-hockey and skiing), a good evening at the pub with friends and some play-time with the family.

Q:ÊIf you were trapped on a desert island, what would you take with you, if you could choose one thing?

A:ÊI initially thought I would say a computer, so I can order pizzas. Very geeky response: Virtual Reality headset, because thatÕs probably the most realistic way to stay in contact with my family.

Q:ÊWhat is the title of the book about your life?

A: Do you have any stats to take this decision?”

Q:ÊWhat is your next travel destination?

A:ÊWith two young kids, we keep it simple and stay in Europe this summer: Barcelona and Portugal.

Q:ÊDo you have any special hobbies?

A:ÊIce-hockey, in UK itÕs considered as ÒspecialÓ, in Canada is just a normal thing everybody does.

Q:ÊThank you for your time. Do you have any personal comments?

A:ÊThanks for having me!
