On September 11th we had our biannual Curate followed by a lovely dinner at St James Court in London
The main topic for the Curate was DESIGN THINKING — we think this could be another industry game-changer: design thinking, a human-centred approach to creative problem solving that has major implications for the business of hospitality, especially when it comes to powering innovations that harness the convergence of sales, marketing, and revenue optimisation. The delegates was very impressed how Eric Brun was sharing his valuable insights from Hyatt and how they are using Design Thinking as a tool. He shared both success stories and failures.

We had a very successful run of our HSMAI Region Europe events at the wonderful TAJ Hotel at St. James Court earlier this month. We want to express our gratitude to the whole team at the hotel. We could not have done this if it was not for the generous support of the TAJ Hotels.
The location, the conference rooms and the help of the team have all been absolutely incredible and have definitely been part of the reason why our events were a success. It was amazing and very special to have one of our dinner in the courtyard! We received a lot of good feedback from the attendees ! Again, thank you so very much. All in all it was amazing!
