We are excited to share that Bianca Miholca, Project Assistant will soon be welcoming a new addition to their family and will be going on maternity leave starting from today. We wish them all the best during this wonderful time!

While Bianca is away on leave, Helene Skaret Karlsen will be stepping into her role as a PA in order to ensure a seamless transition. She will be based in Oslo working full-time and brings an international perspective, having spent two years in Liverpool for her bachelor’s degree in International politics and policy at the University of Liverpool—something we believe will be a great asset to our team.

In addition to this, we are also welcoming Pia Moser to the team and she will be working part-time for us and will be taking over part of Bianca’s responsibilities during this period. She is a fantastic addition to our team, and is currently based in Portugal.

Pia is originally from Germany and has trained in 4 and 5-star hotels in Germany and has worked in CRM and marketing. Pia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Germany and a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Hospitality & Customer Experience from NOVA SBE in Carcavelos, Portugal. She has also been actively involved with HSMAI as a representative for NOVA SBE for the past 2 years on the HSMAI Europe Student Council, a role she has held until January 2025.

In line with positioning HSMAI Europe, we will be investing in a modern CRM system and Pia will play a key role when it comes to the CRM in Europe.
