Q: What does a day at work consist of for you?

A:æMy working days are never the same which is pretty good!æWe are working on international projects and at the same time looking constantly at our topline.æIt is mainly collaborative working with my team in Paris and with the countries.æIt is often far away from Paris as we are regularly visiting countries to meet them get best practices and give support.

Q: What’s the best part of your job?

A:æTeam management and people. I have a great team in Paris with RM and Advanced analytics experts.æAnd I am working as well with a very active community of 800 revenue managers and analysts all over the world.

Q: Do you have anyone you’ve looked up to?

A:æNelson Mandela. He was a great leader with a big heart peaceful authority positive energy the capacity to change the world.æI had the chance to meet him in Paris we shook hands’_It was a real magic and memorable moment I will never forget.

Q: Do you have any nice traditions at your office?

A:æAccorHotels logo is a ‘ìBernache’ which is a bird symbol of travel and freedom.æEvery year AccorHotels people with greatest achievements are rewarded with a Gold Bernache.æThe first time I have seen a ‘ìBernaches’ ceremony I was moved with emotion as much as those who were on stage !

Q: How long have you been a member of HSMAI?

A:æFor two years now.

Q: What do you think is the best thing about HSMAI?

A:æMeeting people sharing points of view participating to Think tank’_

Q: Are there any activities or projects you think HSMAI should start up?

A:æHSMAI could deliver surveys about European Hospitality major stakes taking advantage of hospitality data to know more about customers.

Q: Describe your perfect weekend.

A:æWith my familyæin a nice and quiet place to unplug from our crazy daily life.æDuring winter it is ideally in the mountains in our chalet in the French Pyrí©ní©es.æDuring summer in a quiet place in front of the Mediterranean sea.

Q: If you were trapped on a desert island what would you take with you if you could choose one thing?

A:æWell I am not excited by the idea of being alone on a desert island. To survive at least one night I would take a powerful insect repellent an anti-mosquito lotion.æI have a phobia of insects whereas they really love me!

Q: What is the title of the book about your life?

A:æ‘ìLove beloved and forgive’ my family core values a motto from the latest novel of Joí‚l Dicker ‘ìle Livre des Baltimore’.

Q: What is your next travel destination?

A:æVenice with my family in a MGallery hotel my preferred brand in AccorHotels portfolio.

Q: Do you have any special hobbies?

A:æMy hobbies are mainly about sports: tennis diving running skiing’_æbut being a mother ofæ two young daughters is my main sports activity at the moment!
