As part of HSMAI Europe’s ongoing commitment to provide valuable industry insights and support the growth of revenue management in the hospitality sector, we are excited to announce, in strategic partnership with MRK Associates, that the work on the 2024 European Revenue Management (Hotels) Salary Guide has started.
This comprehensive guide will focus primarily on Germany and the Netherlands after the success of the Salary Guide for the UK.
This guide will support hotels, whether small boutiques or large chains, in benchmarking and understanding the industry standards for various critical positions. These roles include VP of Revenue Management, Director / Head of Revenue Management, Cluster Revenue Management positions, single site Revenue Managers and Revenue Analysts.
HSMAI Members and others represented in the Netherlands and Germany are invaluable to our research. Therefore, we kindly invite them to participate in a short survey that will greatly contribute to the data collection for our guide.
The information collected will help us understand and benchmark the industry standards for various critical positions within the hotel sector across Europe.
