Many say the industry is not doing enough to adapt to the expectations of young talent and not promoting itself effectively, missing out to other sectors. As an industry we need to change this, and HSMAI Europe and its members are determined to lead the discussion – and indeed, put the spotlight on how we collectively can work together for change.
