At the moment we find ourselves in Frankfurt. Yesterday saw a somewhat different HSMAI Leadership Dayæat a European level. Thanks to our generous sponsors especially the Steigenberger Hotel Group we managed to assemble a good number of our voluntary great ambassadors deeply involved in HSMAI Europe’s work through the various Advisory Boards.
During yesterday’s day and the evening a number of debates and discussions took place and a lot of good friendships were forged. In total we 45 of us were gathered at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof hotel which provided the perfect frame for which we are all eternally grateful.
Also we are delighted that Bob Gilbert HSMAI’s global President and CEO wasæwith us during these days. Text continues below photograph.

Today even more meetings were held in the RM Advisory Board and as I jot down these lines another six able travel and hospitality professionals receive their international Revenue Management certification granting them the right to add CRME (Certified Revenue Management Executive) behind their names.
