LONDON UK 25 November 2013 — Registration is now open for this year’s Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International Europe (HSMAIæ Europe) 4th Annual Revenue Management Conference a leading event for revenue managers across Europe. The conference is scheduled for 6 February 2014 at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London.
This year’s conference titled ‘ìMind the Gap – revenue management across the customer journey’ focuses on the challenges revenue managers face in implementing revenue management strategies across all customer touch-points from the hotel website across paid-for media such as pay per click and increasingly through customer generated social media.
