We at HSMAI Region Europe are very excited about the progress of our Mentor Programme. Currently we are in the final stages of having our first group of mentors being selected. We will meet the mentors in France at the end of September in conjunction with our Leadership Day.
The Mentor Programme will include everything from developing managerial and leadership skills to developing and strengthening skills and knowledge on specific disciplines such as digital marketing event management e-commerce business finance and revenue management and more.
We are happy to say we have received wonderful feedback on the programme from some top leaders who both volunteer to become mentors as well as wish to have a Senior mentor themselves. This goes to show the need for a programme like this run by the industry’s own member association HSMAI. The programme is aimed at all ages and levels in the Hospitality Industry.
We will have mentors who are representing big brands as well as smaller companies. The mentors come from different disciplines and are based in various locations in Europe.
