Q: What does a day at work consist of for you?
A: A great day is full of developments decisions and projects moving forward. Many days are great days (but not all days ;-))
Q: What’s the best part of your job?
A: Working with so many different people in different countries and cultures. This is an exceptional pleasure and great life enrichment.
Q: Do you have anyone you’ve looked up to?
A: Yes but not just this one super idol but many in day-to-day work. Not necessarily always top-managers but sometimes a young courageous talent.
Q: Do you have any nice traditions at your office?
A: Yes to sing ‘ìhappy birthday’ for colleagues at office and do it very melodic and sometimes loud’_
Q: What do you think is the best thing about HSMAI?
A: To share: network know-how experience best practice industry trends opinions ‘_ (too much to list)
Q: Are there any activities or projects you think HSMAI should start up?
A: It is great to work together on distribution elements in such dynamic market environments (e.g. changing parity rules corporate distribution).
Q: Describe your perfect weekend.
A: Precious time with my family. Being less online and more outdoors.
Q: If you were trapped on a desert island what would you take with you if you could choose one thing?
A: A good knife.
Q: What is the title of the book about your life?
A: I think (and hope) it is too early to print this book now while there is a new page every day.
Q: What is your next travel destination?
A: Lago Lugano in October for a long weekend.
Q: Do you have any special hobbies?
A: I love the outdoors.

A: My motto in life: It is better to wear out than to rust-out.
