HSMAI Europe is repositioning
Those that had that it in place might have to reposition themselves after covid, since many have had much less contact with their customers and employees during the last 18 months.
Brand strategy is all about understanding the relationship people have with their brand, so that one can strengthen it in all aspects of one`s business. What do people expect from the brand relationship? What is the right tone of voice for you?
That is why HSMAI Europe hosted the HSMAI Europe Brand Strategy Masterclass for our members over 5 weeks in April and May this year. The HSMAI staff also joined, representing all regions globally.
We want to reposition HSMAI after covid, and we will be creating a new brand platform that will also reflect our new initiative with the hotel schools, universities and the hospitality players involved – The HSMAI Europe Student Council.
We will hire a part time Project Manager for 6 months who will work closely with the HSMAI staff in Europe. In addition we will put together a taskforce that will give us advice along the way. On the taskforce we will involve HSMAI Europe members representing different types of hospitality companies and people of all ages, including obviously representatives from the Student Council. We will be looking for people representing the hotel industry and other parts of our industry that have a passion for marketing and branding, and would like to be involve with the HSMAI Europe repositioning. This week we have hosted events in London and Paris. For many of them attending it was their first in person event for 18 months. It felt very good to meet our industry colleagues again. Paris is new to HSMAI Europe, but from 2022 we will will host 6 national events per year in Paris. The same goes for the other countries HSMAI Europe will have a footprint in.
See the photos below from our events in London and Paris.
Enjoy the weekend!
