Ralph A. van Hooijdonk, Founder & CEO of Venuesuite will kick- start the meeting. He will also present the findings of the venue benchmark from analysing 15000 online mice bookings.

As the 2nd generation of a family owned conference venue (https://nbccongrescentrum.nl/), Ralph has seen firsthand the pains of lengthy RFP proposals that take both the bookers and reservation managers “Down the Rabbit Hole”.

Beyond his work with Venuesuite, Ralph is an avid marathon runner from the Netherlands and lives in Dusseldorf.

 

Following Ralph’s presentation, we will hear from Agatha Carreau, a Revenue Management Lecturer at Hotelschool The Hague, who will discuss RFPs and the critical role of analytics.
