Shaping the Future of Hospitality – Together

We hope this message finds you well.

As we move into an exciting new season, HSMAI Europe is bringing together hospitality leaders from across our community for a series of exclusive, by-invitation-only forums and events. This autumn and into January, these gatherings will offer a space to step back from day-to-day challenges, exchange transformative ideas, and co-create strategies that drive meaningful, lasting impact in our industry.

These events are more than meetings – they are opportunities to connect, challenge assumptions, and shape the future of hospitality together.

Upcoming Senior-Level Activities

We have an inspiring line-up of Pan-European forums and strategic gatherings designed for senior executives. Each agenda is tailored to be relevant, forward-looking, and actionable, helping leaders navigate change and seize opportunities.

Inspiring the Next Generation of Hospitality Leaders

As we shape strategies at the senior level, we must also look to the future and that means empowering the next generation. The hospitality industry will need many more passionate, skilled people in the years to come. To attract and retain this talent, we must inspire young professionals and give them platforms to grow, connect, and thrive.

That’s why we created HSMAI Europe Connecting Future Leaders (CFL) – a vibrant platform that brings together young leaders, talents, and professionals aged 35 and younger from across the travel and hospitality sectors. CFL fosters collaboration across brands, countries, and disciplines, helping emerging leaders tackle shared challenges, discover new opportunities, and build lifelong networks.

This week’s newsletter features an inspiring interview with George, Aristea, and Vasiliki Mamidaki of Bluegr Hotels & Resorts, who share their family’s deep hospitality roots and explain why they are championing HSMAI Europe’s CFL initiative in Greece.

All the best,
