Tell us about your journey in hospitality so far – what drew you to the industry and keeps you passionate about it today?

I’ve always been fascinated by the behind-the-scenes world of hotels – how everything works together to create a guest experience. Today, what keeps me passionate is the incredible networking element.

You’ve been deeply involved with HSMAI Europe initiatives, including events such as Power Up Madrid. What motivated you to participate and contribute to the HSMAI community?

I wanted to be part of an international community of professionals like me – people from different backgrounds who share knowledge, challenge each other, and grow together. HSMAI Europe gives you that platform.

As winners of the HSMAI Europe Revenue Management Talent of the Year award, how has this recognition influenced your professional growth or outlook on the industry?

Winning the award boosted my motivation to do more and do better. It reinforced the idea that passion and hard work truly make a difference.

What have been your most meaningful takeaways from your experiences at HSMAI Europe meetings and events?

That every day is an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and learn something new. HSMAI Europe constantly reminds me that growth happens when you stay curious and give every opportunity a try.

Looking ahead, what excites you most about the future of hospitality and revenue management, and how do you see yourselves contributing to that future?

As AI transforms many aspects of our industry, I’m excited to see how the human element continues to thrive – because hospitality at its core is about personal connection. I want to contribute by embracing innovation while championing the emotional and relational side of our work.

For young hotel professionals who might still be discovering HSMAI Europe, what would you say to encourage them to participate in events or get involved with the community?

You never know what’s waiting behind the next door—and you won’t find out unless you open it. Say “yes” to opportunities coming your way; there are so many exciting things to discover!
