Organized by HSMAI Europe’s Sales Advisory Board the HSMAI Sales Leader Forum is a half day event where off-property sales leaders and others learn about important trends, critical insights, and best practices, as well as what it means for leading hotel sales teams in today’s environment. The attendees include national & global sales directors, strategic and key account directors, area directors and regional directors of sales.
The moderator of the day will be Julie White, Thought Leader in Travel Distribution & Commercial Strategy.
Julie will steer us through several different topics, and amongst them are:
- “Channel of Choice” and how important it is to look at all possible channels for profitable revenue growth
- Cost of Sales for channels (what to be aware of and what trends are ahead of us)
- Distribution Modelling – looking at data driven decision making
Later during the day we will be hearing from Graham Pope, Vice President of Sales at Cvent speaking about Sourcing RFP Data followed by discussion.
Lunch is included for all participants and will be served from 13:00 CET.
