Fans of Good Service on tour soon

Summer holidays have already started in many places across Europe. We at HSMAI Region Europe have still a few exciting events and travels prior to our holidays.æ

Next week we will be in Frankfurt for a CRME workshop and exam followed by the Afternoon Hospitality Event organised in collaborationæwith the Travel Industry Club Germany (TIC). We will also spend a day in Amsterdam with Frank Wolfe and Carl Weldon and others from HFTP in order to plan our co-located events ROC Europe 2017 and HITEC Amsterdam taking place in the end of March 2017. Also our wonderful colleague Hans Poortvliet from HSMAI Netherlands will be joining us for this meeting.

After these interesting trips so for the two last weeks of July we will have two weeks of holidays. After that we will then be ready to go for our exciting 3 weeks on the road across Norway on our Fans of Good Service Tour. HSMAI wants to focus on the importance of great customer service and the Fans of Good Service tour is a tour to search and recognise the best Service Heroes in each city and during the tour we will ensure the Service Heroesæget the recognition they deserve – including giving them a certificate and ensuring they will have their time in the spotlight with the press as well.æYou can see the list of cities we will visit below. The tour is sponsored by many different Norwegian hotels and hotel chains (more on this to follow) and Avis Rent a Car that will sponsor two Teslas for the whole tour. Nespresso has sponsored us a coffee machine with lots of coffee to make sure we stay awake throughout the tour. We have done this tour once before in 2013 and it was very successful.æNext year we plan to do this as a pan-European tour.
