Wednesday the 16th of September at 3 PM CEST
The virtual meeting will be facilitated by J. Bruce Tracey, Ph.D., Editor, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly and Professor of Management, School of Hotel Administration, SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University. The agenda will be designed around several themes identified by your peers including messaging, job design, bias/diversity, the new competitive landscape and travel restrictions and quickly changing legal rules and policies.

During the call you will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions of your peers, representing leading hotel brands and management companies. Of course, we will abide by HSMAI’s Antitrust Policy, which will be sent in advance.
