HSMAI Americas and HSMAI Europe are partnering on this live program focused on helping identify the KPIs that will be most relevant to tracking and achieving success in the post-pandemic hospitality market. Representatives of HSMAI Organizational Member companies in both regions will collaborate on brainstorming these metrics — with a goal of producing an outcomes report the entire industry can use to chart its way toward recovery.

5:05–5:10 p.m. CET PART 1: Defining Success
ZS’s Kelly McGuire, Ph.D., sets the stage for why KPIs and other metrics are critically important across the business landscape.
5:10–5:20 p.m. CET PART 2: The New Market
The Kessler Collection’s Lori Kiel and Accor’s Markus Keller provide an overview of how the pandemic has changed the definition of success for hotel companies and what metrics and considerations will be important moving forward.
5:20 p.m.–6 p.m. CET PART 3: Brainstorming KPIs
Attendees separate into breakout groups and brainstorm the top five KPIs that will be most relevant in the new market. Each group will have up to 10 people, who will appoint a lead to direct the conversation and capture their discussion points.
6–6:15 p.m. CET PART 4: Wrap-Up and Next Steps
Attendees return to the main group, where Kelly McGuire reviews common themes from the breakouts’ KPI lists and outlines next steps.
