Distant and Distracted: Recruit and Retain Talent in an Uncertain, Hybrid World
The expectations of today’s workforce have changed. How you recruit, onboard and retain talent must change too. That means breaking old rules, choosing the essential over the expected and rethinking just about everything. That’s why this keynote will cover how to:
- Leverage more agile and engaging approaches to recruit and retain top talent
- Design recruitment campaigns that capture attention and drive results
- Fully optimize your recruiters’ online presence —(now, more than ever, people are connecting with you virtually)
- Transform how you onboard and train your teams
Job seekers have lots of options these days. This fast-paced session will cover how to embrace —and showcase —new approaches to elevate your outreach and stand out from the crowd.

More about Curate
The Curate events are to be held twice a year, to keep pace with the fast rate of change in the hospitality industry. These events will provide an inspirational forum to enable corporate executives and others to discuss, anticipate and deal with the most critical business issues that impact performance based on industry sentiment research done prior to each Curate. The second Curate will take place at EHL in Switzerland in the Autumn. Both schools are organizational members of HSMAI Europe providing unique ways to engage, enthuse and motivate students to join our industry.
Curate is designed to identify, capture, and shape the executive-level content you need to focus on. Cross-disciplinary discussions, original research and interactive technology are used to explore the priority issues across the disciplines of culture & people, sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management and innovation. At Curate delegates will engage in a full day of invigorating cross-disciplinary discussions about emerging trends and crucial issues. Delegates will engage with colleagues and peers, sharing insights and experiences throughout this innovative forum.
