6. Sans group acquired by LIWLIG group

Will definitely be the biggest in the Nordics!
Liwlig group is a newly established Nordic event giant which today consists of both Finland’s and Sweden’s two largest and leading event companies, respectively Tapaus OY and EventyrNineYards AB. LIWLIG has entered into an agreement to purchase all the shares in 6.sans group AS. With this acquisition, Liwlig group will consist of over 220 employees in Finland, Sweden and Norway, and will reach a turnover of over NOK 650 million in 2022.
The largest owner in LIWLIG is the Private Equity company MB Funds OY.

The three owners of the 6.Sans group will continue to be operative in the 6.Sans group and within the LIWLIG group. In addition, it has been agreed that the owners will invest parts of the purchase price in the LIWLIG group.

The group’s turnover in 2022 is approx. NOK 80 million with an EBITDA of NOK 10 million
