As earlier informed directly to the different Advisory Boards members HSMAI Europe will on Monday September 11 host a special joint advisory board meeting. The meeting will be virtual and will take place from 2 PM CET – 3.30 PM CET ( 1 PM  – 2.30 PM UK Time) and will serve as a follow-up to the insightful discussions and presentations delivered by Steven van Belleghem earlier this year, both during the ROC event in January in London and HSMAI’s Spring Curate in Frankfurt in May.

The central theme of this joint meeting will revolve around the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Hospitality Industry.

This collaborative meeting is designed to break down the silos between various advisory boards /disciplines, fostering a cohesive and synergistic approach to our discussions. The meeting will be skillfully moderated by Gemma Greenwood. Gemma has 20 years’ experience as a journalist, editor and corporate communications consultant.

She has worked for a variety of major newspaper titles and business publications spanning three continents – Europe, the Middle East and Australia – and has specialised in travel, tourism, hospitality and aviation during this time.
