Are you passionate about shaping the future of the hospitality industry? HSMAI Europe is searching for 30 inspiring mentors to join our Mentor Program and guide the next generation of industry professionals.
Our senior executive members come from diverse backgrounds and have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Whether you’re a seasoned executive or an innovative entrepreneur, your insights and guidance can transform careers as well as further develop yourself in the process.
We are very excited to see this important program expand and we would like to thank all who have already been involved in the programme for quite some time already.
About the 1 year Program
The HSMAI Europe Mentor Program is an initiative designed to create meaningful and productive mentor-mentee relationships. Here’s what you can expect:
- Comprehensive Support: We provide resources, tools, and guidance to ensure a successful mentorship experience, such as the HSMAI Europe Personal And Professional Growth Handbook
- Monthly meetings
- Flexible Engagement: The program is designed to fit into your busy schedule, with virtual and in-person options.
- Make an Impact: Be part of a network across Europe, fostering collaboration and innovation in the industry.
The HSMAI Europe PPG Handbook
As part of the program, some of the mentors will build their mentorship on the HSMAI Europe Personal and Professional Growth (PPG) Handbook, an invaluable resource to fast track your development. This handbook is developed by Mia Touzin for HSMAI Region Europe and will help you to:
- Sharpen business acumen and develop capabilities
- Strengthen links between functions, reduce margins for missed opportunities
- Communicate comfortably with executives and across functions for better business decisions and planning
Who will benefit from this handbook as mentees? Those in Revenue Optimization, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Distribution or Operations in the industry who need to communicate specialist knowledge, understand other functions and work more effectively across silos.
Meet Helle Luxe, Head of the HSMAI Europe Mentoring Program:
As the new head of the HSMAI Europe Mentor Program, she brings over 20 years of expertise in health and performance optimization and has educated hundreds of people in optimizing their performance and results.
She has been running her own health business for 15 years, authored books, and had her own weekly column in a large newspaper for several years. Additionally, she works in Tony Robbins’ Trainer Team, traveling worldwide to support his events and deliver presentations on optimizing health, performance, people, and culture.
She now works part-time for HSMAI Europe and will use her experience to create an efficient framework that fosters meaningful and result-driven mentor-mentee relationships.
