This week we have been in London all week with a group of members and partners. Monday was reserved the Sales & Marketing Think Tank at Google’s offices, resulting in very encouraging feedback. Notes were taken and will be shared with members all over Europe when compiled.
Next week we’re headed for Amsterdam, where out summer party will take place on Tuesday afternoon and evening, but also here there’s an opportunity to stock up on professional knowledge, with branding as the order of the day.

The main topic for the Curate this fall will be DESIGN THINKING — we think this could be another industry game-changer: design thinking, a human-centred approach to creative problem solving that has major implications for the business of hospitality, especially when it comes to powering innovations that harness the convergence of sales, marketing, and revenue optimisation. Our vision is to build an agenda with our signature mix of thought-provoking speakers from inside and outside our industry, interactive discussions, and collaborative brainstorming.

We will also host Think Tanks in connection to WTM in London in November.
