Pablo is the CEO of Mirai, a leading Distribution Consultancy & Technology provider. While studying Computer Engineering, he developed one of the first Internet Booking Engines (IBE) back in 1997, which soon started helping hotels jump into the Internet era and understand how online distribution works. With more than 20 years in the industry, he understands the changing dynamics of online distribution (that occur every year) very well and has become an expert in advising hotels on how to dis-intermediate and improve their GOP. He also ended up mastering the new metasearch layer that just arrived, which will compete both with major OTA and Google. Back in 2006 Pablo graduated from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Loren Gray is the Founder and CEO of Hospitality Digital Marketing Inc., a full service consulting firm assisting businesses operating in the hospitality space. Services range from advanced marketing and revenue strategies, to facilitating product and software services development to market to the hospitality industry. Domestic and International Clients range from property level, to portfolio based brand, and independent ownerships.

Prior to launching HDM, Mr. Gray was partner, and Vice President of Digital Strategy at one of the top 5 largest agencies in Dallas, TX, where he redefined all internal protocols and created a successful integration of culture and collaboration of all services into one cohesive client-focused strategy, thereby garnering the highest profitability and largest staff in the agency’s history along with its lowest annual staff attrition. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as Director of eCommerce for Ocean Properties Ltd., the fourth largest privately held franchise hotel operator in North America and forty-seventh largest worldwide, where he created and developed its entire Digital Marketing program.
