New Initatives & More

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance communication and ensure that we have the most up-to-date information for you and your colleagues, we’re excited to share some dates and new initiatives targeting various stakeholders within your company. These initiatives stem from insights gained during our recent Board of Directors meeting and our Leadership Day in London in January.

The feedback from the ROC in London has exceeded our expectations. We received ratings of 42% Excellent and 56% Very Good, with only 2% rating it as Fair. We are delighted with this fantastic feedback and want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who attended
We will be hosting numerous local meetings called HSMAI Europe Meet & Connect, along with a series of Sales Leader Forums in various cities.

We are currently exploring the possibility of expanding our focus to include Restaurant Revenue Knowledge and Food & Beverage (F&B) within the Hospitality Industry on a local level. We will address current F&B challenges, revenue opportunities, and forecasting modules. This programme will primarily target General Managers (GMs) and their teams.

Introducing HSMAI Europe Think Tank in London in June

The Think Tank is an event to explore and review a topic with the end goal to identify solutions or a path forward for the industry. We bring together some of the best thought leadership in the industry, to discuss, brainstorm, identify threats and opportunities and solve problems. The first Think Tank will be held on Thursday June 13th 2024 in London from 11 am – 3pm followed by our Board of Director meeting.

More information will follow.

Who from your senior management would be a potential delegate?

We also have several upcoming virtual roundtable discussions tailored for senior leaders from corporate offices, and it’s essential for us to have the correct individuals in our records. Your participation and insights contribute significantly to the success of these sessions, and we want to make sure we reach out to the right people. They will all be By Invitation Only.
