Exciting Update: HSMAI Europe Mentor Program
Right after Easter, we will proudly introduce the incredible lineup of HSMAI Europe Mentors – and open up applications for those eager to join as mentees. The response so far has been fantastic, with many passionate professionals stepping forward to offer their time and support.
That said, we are still looking for a few more experienced leaders to join this inspiring initiative. If you have been thinking about becoming a mentor, now is the time! We have extended the application deadline to April 14, 2025 – don’t miss this chance to make a real difference in someone’s career journey.

About the 1 year Program
The HSMAI Europe Mentor Program is an initiative designed to create meaningful and productive mentor-mentee relationships. Here’s what you can expect:
- Comprehensive Support: We provide resources, tools, and guidance to ensure a successful mentorship experience, such as the HSMAI Europe Personal And Professional Growth Handbook
- Monthly meetings between mentor and mentee
- Flexible Engagement: The program is designed to fit into your busy schedule, with virtual and in-person options.
- Make an Impact: Be part of a network across Europe, fostering collaboration and innovation in the industry.
As a mentor, you also grow your own skills. And remember, whether you are a mentor or a mentee, the company you work for is, of course, a member of HSMAI Europe
The HSMAI Europe PPG Handbook
As part of the program, some of the mentors will build their mentorship on the HSMAI Europe Personal and Professional Growth (PPG) Handbook, an invaluable resource to fast track your development. This handbook is developed by Mia Touzin for HSMAI Region Europe and will help you to:
- Sharpen business acumen and develop capabilities
- Strengthen links between functions, reduce margins for missed opportunities
- Communicate comfortably with executives and across functions for better business decisions and planning
Who will benefit from this handbook as mentees? Those in Revenue Optimization, Commercial, Marketing, Distribution or Operations in the industry who need to communicate specialist knowledge, understand other functions and work more effectively across silos.
Meet Helle Luxe, Head of the HSMAI Europe Mentoring Program:
As the new head of the HSMAI Europe Mentor Program, she brings over 20 years of expertise in health and performance optimization and has educated hundreds of people in optimizing their performance and results.
She has been running her own health business for 15 years, authored books, and had her own weekly column in a large newspaper for several years. Additionally, she works in Tony Robbins’ Trainer Team, traveling worldwide to support his events and deliver presentations on optimizing health, performance, people, and culture.
She now works part-time for HSMAI Europe and will use her experience to create an efficient framework that fosters meaningful and result-driven mentor-mentee relationships.
