Supporting the next generation of hospitality commercial leaders is one of our key strategic priorities
We are therefore excited to announce that Yana Kyrylyuk is taking on an expanded role focused on coordinating and supporting HSMAI Europe’s young talent initiatives across Europe.
Yana joined HSMAI Europe five years ago while still studying at Breda University of Applied Sciences. Now, at just 23 years old, she has already become an important part of the organization — consistently impressing everyone around her with her energy, professionalism, and genuine care for people.
In her expanded role, Yana will help coordinate, support, and further develop initiatives including:
- Future YOU
- Hospitality Unlocked
- Commercial Career Start Program (CCSP)
- Connecting Future Leaders (CFL) for young professionals and leaders up to 35 years old
She will also work closely with the Student Council, Rising Leaders Council, Connecting Future Leaders Committees, and the People & Culture Advisory Board to help create stronger connections between students, young professionals, educators, and the hospitality industry.
“Yana represents exactly the kind of future leadership our industry needs. She combines professionalism, empathy, energy, and an incredible ability to connect people. Over the past five years, we have seen her grow tremendously, and we are very proud to see her take on this expanded role.”
Ingunn Hofseth, President & CEO comments.
“I have personally experienced the impact that being part of HSMAI Europe can have on someone’s personal and professional development. Taking on this expanded role gives me the opportunity to further develop HSMAI Europe as the go-to platform both for young professionals interested in the commercial side of hospitality, and for companies looking to attract, engage, and develop future talent”
Yana Kyrylyuk, Young Talent Program Manager adds.
At HSMAI Europe, our ambition is clear: to become the leading platform in Europe for attracting, developing, and engaging future hospitality commercial talent.
