A people-first leader with an operational heart, Angel has built his career on empowering teams and simplifying service. He sees the beauty in “turning moments into magic” and believes the happiest guests start with happy staff, a philosophy he lives daily at Moxy Southampton.

Angel believes the future of hospitality lies in rediscovering its roots.“Hospitality is very simple; you take a moment and turn it into magic,” he says.

He joined the Rising Leaders Cpeopleouncil to learn from peers across disciplines, and it’s broadened his understanding of the business.

“Being surrounded by  from marketing, revenue, and tech has given me a 360-degree view,” he says. “It’s helped me see things differently and become a better leader.”

He’s especially excited by a renewed appreciation for authenticity: “Old-fashioned hospitality is back in fashion. Guests value human connection more than ever, and that’s what makes our industry so special.”
