As the European summer comes to an end, our industry is pacing itself for an autumn with more predictability than we have seen for many months. Although there are challenges to be dealt with as the industry continues to recover, there is optimism as we move forward.

If there’s one thing we learned from our recent event, at which attendees from HSMAI Americas and HSMAI Europe worked in small groups to brainstorm the KPIs that will be most relevant to them in the post-pandemic hospitality market, is that KPIs are situational.

As we continue to focus on recovery we will meet members at the HSMAI Europe Days taking place in 6 cities in Europe. In addition, we have a variety of virtual programmes planned for the autumn. These focus on post-Covid strategies and tools aimed to close gaps, identify opportunities and gain commitment from customers and fellow industry employees.
