The Commercial Summer Camp is back – and this year in beautiful Portugal! This year’s program promises to be an incredible experience that you won’t want to miss. Join us for the HSMAI Region Europe Commercial Summer Camp 2023 and take your career to the next level.

The Summer Camp will take place for the third time, but for the very first time in Portugal. This highly successful program has received enthusiastic support from attendees over the past few years and we’re thrilled to once again offer this unique opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in commercial strategy, digital marketing, revenue optimization, and more.

Target Group: Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management Experts or General Managers

The Commercial Summer Camp focuses on developing cross-functional strategic thinking and leadership skills, to enable tomorrow’s commercial leaders in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is already a sales, marketing, or revenue management expert or a property leader like a General Manager with the ambition and desire to understand all of the specific disciplines and what it takes to keep them all running smoothly together.

The program runs from Sunday evening kicking off with a welcome dinner, to Friday evening.

The program includes a two day ‘Leader Development’ training. This 2 day program will be delivered by NOVA School of Business & Economics, which is the leading business school in Portugal and one of the best business schools in the world. The remaining 3 days will be delivered by experienced leaders and experts from the industry.
