To tackle the global challenge of attracting young talent to the hospitality field, HSMAI Region Europe, in collaboration with HSMAI Foundation, is organizing a Faculty Forum. This forum consists of a one-hour virtual session that focuses on a specific topic. The sessions will be moderated by the renowned professor at Cornell University, Rob Kwortnik.
During each session, we will be joined by a subject matter expert in the respective discipline of sales, marketing, or revenue. To ensure the highest level of expertise, HSMAI will survey collaborating school deans and directors to build a comprehensive database of professors who teach sales, marketing, or revenue classes.
Join us for this informative digital event, where we aim to address the pressing issue of attracting young talent to the hospitality field. By bringing together industry experts and academia, we hope to foster meaningful discussions and innovative solutions.
