HSMAI Europe Student Council presents Hospitality Unlocked
Hospitality Unlocked by the HSMAI Europe Student Council is back again for the third time, and this time in Maastricht Hotel Management School Maastricht Zuyd Hogeschool on Friday 5th April 2024.
Will you be joining us? Even though this is a program for students we would love to have other members of HSMAI to join us too. Especially if you are located in the Netherlands it will be a short trip.

We have designed a promising and engaging agenda for the day, with high-level presentations and networking activities. This year’s main topic is “Revenue Optimization in Hospitality”.
You will also be privileged to attend the ultimate round of presentations made – in front of a jury – by the finalists of the “Revenue management competition” organised by Hotel Games and Hotel Management School Maastricht.
The “Hospitality Unlocked” event is open to all, regardless of the participation in the revenue competition. We look forward to receiving the confirmation that you will join us for this full-day event in Maastricht.

- Chrystal Timmerman, Director of Revenue Management at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam and Member of the HSMAI Europe Region BeNeLux Advisory Board.

- Michael Nowlis, Director – MBA Programmes at Imperial College Business School and Chair of the HSMAI Europe Board of Directors.
