The statistics from the hotel schools have for many years shown figures that 60% or more of the students leave the industry after graduating. The lack of staff is one of the biggest challenges for our industry now. These are two of the main reasons why we have put a lot of effort and enthusiasm into the HSMAI Europe Student Council.

HSMAI Europe has given the stage to students for them to share their thoughts about the future and what they expect from their future employers.

You will meet some members of the HSMAI Europe Student Council, representatives from our People & Culture Advisory Board and others, discussing this topic and the future of the hospitality industry.

We will abide by HSMAI´s Antitrust Policy, which we will share with you as a reminder at the beginning of the session.
