1. Wednesday the 16th of September at 3 PM CEST

HSMAI Region Europe in cooperation with HSMAI Foundation invites a group of HR leaders to attend a complimentary by-invitation-only virtual Executive Roundtable exclusively for Chief Human Resource Officers from hotel companies. The virtual meeting will be facilitated by J. Bruce Tracey, Ph.D., Editor, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly and Professor of Management, School of Hotel Administration, SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University. The agenda will be designed around several themes identified by your peers including messaging, job design, bias/diversity, the new competitive landscape and travel restrictions and quickly changing legal rules and policies. 2. Hospitality industry urged to embrace the new customer journey and re-think processes in the post-pandemic business recovery

This summer HSMAI Region Europe webinar revealed membership research about new working processes and offered valuable insights on how to navigate the challenges and capitalise on opportunities

3. ECC – Excelling at Customer Centricity – starting on October 6th 2020

4. Sales Master Class – starting October 8th 2020

Together with our Sales Advisory Board in Europe we are developing a new programme in Sales. This will start on October 8th 2020.

This programme will be offered for free for HSMAI Region Europe members.

5. Branding Strategy Master Class

Who needs brand strategy? The short answer is everybody, and especially now. The Master Class will introduce you to brand strategy thinking, and help you apply it to your own brand immediately – creating your own brand platform as you go. The session will take 2 hours  per week in 5 weeks.

6. Customer events

We are planning small, national customer events. Just HSMAI members will be invited to meet potential customers. More information to follow.

7. Award to HSMAI

We just received the news that HSMAI has been listed as one of the “100 Associations That Will Save the World” by the American Society of Associations Executives (ASAE). We are thankful. ASAE recognized HSMAI for its’ quick and comprehensive response to the coronavirus pandemic that included providing real-time data and educational opportunities to hospitality professionals who were impacted.
